This Risk Management course is intended to raise the awareness amongst all individuals working within our firm of the typical risks that law firms face and provides suggestions and guidance on how those risks can be better managed.

In addition to the first module, "Introduction to Risk Management" which is mandatory, this course consists of three other modules. You can choose to take these other modules in any order although the recommended order is:

1. Conflicts
2. Client Engagement
3. Matter Management

Each module contains several case studies based on actual events. As you review the case studies ask yourself: “How would I have stopped this happening to me in our firm''”
